We are looking for the right Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will work closely with new and existing customers, ensuring they have a great experience with our product. You will be ambitious, resilient and curious, and able to tailor custom-made solutions for a variety of scenarios. You should have a strong ability to problem solve, working with teams to build a strong environment for success, dealing with ambiguity and thinking strategically.

You will track and monitor customer health, proactively engaging with customers and analyzing their behaviors and the health of their business. You will also be expected to perform customer training, as well as expand our customer portfolio, creating upsell and cross-sale opportunities alongside bringing in new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for customers, from Go Live to Renewals
  • Ownership of delivery process to our customers abroad
  • Facilitate project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Review production schedules, development specifications, and delivery process
  • System analysis
  • Cross-organizational project management to ensure deadlines and requirements are met
  • Ensure smooth deployment of our cloud application, as well as training and product implementation
  • Proactive in-depth analysis and modeling, followed by communicating insights to product, engineering and management teams
  • Create positive ROI for the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Flexible hours to communicate with US clients
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience working in SaaS support – an advantage
